What you'll do
- Build and ship features for Android and/or iOS platforms
- Design simple flows for insurance, payments, and claims
- Collaborate with product and backend teams on complex journeys
- Integrate APIs and manage error states and edge cases
- Optimize app performance, reliability, and crash rates
- Support rapid product launches and experiments
- Maintain high standards for mobile product quality
What you'll need
- 3+ years of mobile development experience
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift
- Proven track record of shipping production apps
- Solid understanding of mobile UX principles
- Experience with APIs, analytics, and crash logs
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Portfolio links or GitHub examples of shipped work
- Experience with both Android and iOS development
- Product-minded approach to engineering
