Join BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into broader financial services. You will help build an AI-driven Neobank App, focusing on clean, reliable, and intuitive mobile experiences for users across the region.
This position suits developers who think like product builders and care deeply about UX, performance, and reliability. You will work in English within a diverse, global team while being based in Germany.
What you'll do
- Build and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS platforms
- Create simple flows for insurance, payments, claims, and renewals
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify complex user journeys
- Integrate APIs and manage edge cases, errors, and loading states
- Improve app performance, reliability, and crash rates
- Support fast product launches and iterative experiments
What you'll need
- 3+ years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS, or both
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift
- Proven track record of shipping production apps to real users
- Strong product sense and attention to mobile user experience
- Ability to work with APIs, analytics, and crash logs
- Self-directed worker comfortable with limited guidance
- Based in Germany with strong English communication skills
