Join BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into spending, saving, and investing. As a Mobile Engineer, you will help build the company's AI Neobank App, focusing on creating intuitive flows for financial services.
You will work with cross-functional teams to turn complex user journeys into usable mobile products. This position suits builders who prioritize product quality, performance, and user experience over isolated coding tasks.
What you'll do
- Build and ship features for Android and/or iOS platforms
- Create mobile flows for insurance, payments, and claims
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify complex journeys
- Integrate APIs and manage error states and loading issues
- Improve app performance, reliability, and crash rates
- Support rapid product launches and experimental iterations
- Maintain high standards for mobile product quality
What you'll need
- 3+ years of mobile development experience
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift
- Proven track record of shipping production apps
- Strong product sense and attention to mobile UX
- Experience working with APIs and crash logs
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong English communication skills
