Join BJAK as a Mobile Engineer to develop their AI-driven Neobank application. You will work on Android and/or iOS platforms, creating intuitive flows for insurance, payments, and investments. The team values product-minded builders who prioritize user experience and code quality.
What you'll do
- Build and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS platforms
- Create simple flows for insurance, payments, claims and renewals
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify complex journeys
- Integrate APIs and manage edge cases, errors and loading states
- Improve app performance, reliability and crash rates
- Support fast product launches and iterative experiments
- Set high standards for mobile product quality across the app
What you'll need
- 3+ years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS or both
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift
- Proven track record of shipping production apps to real users
- Strong product sense and attention to mobile UX details
- Ability to work with APIs, analytics and crash logs
- Self-directed worker comfortable with limited handholding
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Portfolio links, GitHub repos or screenshots of shipped work
- Experience working in high-growth environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity without perfect specifications
