Join BJAK's global team to develop the next generation of their AI-powered Neobank application. You will own mobile features across Android and iOS, turning complex financial journeys into intuitive user experiences.
The company is expanding beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing, aiming to help users get more from their money daily. This position requires strong product sense and the ability to ship high-quality code with minimal supervision.
What you'll do
- Build and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS platforms
- Create simple flows for insurance, payments, claims and renewals
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify complex user journeys
- Integrate APIs and manage edge cases, errors and loading states
- Improve app performance, reliability and crash rates
- Support fast product launches and iterative experiments
- Set high standards for mobile product quality across the app
What you'll need
- 3+ years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS or both
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift
- Proven track record of shipping production apps to real users
- Strong product sense and attention to mobile UX details
- Ability to work with APIs, analytics and crash logs
- Self-directed worker comfortable with limited handholding
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Portfolio links, GitHub repos or screenshots of shipped work
- Experience thinking like a product builder rather than just a coder
- Ability to ship effectively without perfect specifications
