Join BJAK as a Mobile Engineer to develop their AI-powered Neobank application. You will work on Android and/or iOS platforms, creating intuitive flows for insurance, payments, and investments. The team values product-minded builders who prioritize user experience and code quality.
What you'll do
- Build and ship features for Android and/or iOS applications
- Design simple mobile flows for financial and insurance services
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on user journeys
- Integrate APIs and manage error states and loading indicators
- Optimize app performance, reliability, and crash rates
- Support rapid product launches and iterative experiments
- Maintain high standards for mobile product quality
What you'll need
- 3+ years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS, or both
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift
- Proven track record of shipping production apps to real users
- Solid understanding of mobile UX and product sense
- Experience working with APIs, analytics, and crash logs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Portfolio with app links, GitHub repos, or screenshots of shipped work
- Experience building products in ambiguous environments
- Focus on smooth user flows and detailed UX improvements
