You will serve as the technical authority on client engagements, building bespoke integrations and off-platform solutions for banking AI systems. This position requires deep expertise in distributed architecture and secure integration while mentoring other engineers and influencing product roadmap decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead technical design and delivery of complex banking AI engagements
- Architect end-to-end agentic systems including data ingress and security
- Partner with client engineering and security teams on integration strategies
- Determine build strategy between platform features and bespoke code
- Mentor mid-level engineers and codify reusable assets
- Represent engineering credibility to banking executives and architects
What you'll need
- Senior-level full-stack experience with strong backend focus
- Deep experience building production-grade agents with LangChain or similar
- Fluency in agent search patterns like vector RAG and vectorless RAG
- Strong knowledge of AI security frameworks and observability
- Experience designing and running evaluations for AI models
- Ability to communicate effectively with CTOs and CISOs
- Background in banking or regulated industries strongly preferred
