You will join the team at Air Apps to design intuitive interfaces for their AI-driven resource planning application. Working onsite in Lisbon, you will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable designs across mobile and web platforms.
The position requires owning the design process from concept to final visual delivery, ensuring consistency with platform-specific guidelines while mentoring junior designers.
What you'll do
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain design systems for cohesive cross-platform experiences
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility
- Refine designs based on analytics and A/B testing results
- Mentor less experienced designers and improve team processes
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with modern design tools like Figma
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative feedback to designs
