What you'll do
- Own core product areas and evolve their design direction over time
- Design end-to-end user journeys and production-ready UI for mobile
- Conduct on-site visits to observe real-world healthcare workflows
- Synthesize user research into clear problem statements and UX principles
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure accurate implementation
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping and exploration
- Work with other designers to establish cross-product patterns
What you'll need
- Experience designing mobile-first products end-to-end
- Background in Healthcare, SaaS, or mobile workflow tools preferred
- Strong skills in interaction design and visual craft
- Proficiency in Figma and modern AI design tools
- Ability to communicate design intent clearly to engineers
- Understanding of Android and iOS design patterns
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- Fluent in English
