You will partner with product and engineering teams to define vision, build roadmaps, and solve real problems for healthcare professionals and facilities. The position requires regular customer interaction to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions until they are polished and impactful.
Beyond feature ownership, you will help raise the overall design craft within the team. This includes improving visual consistency, tightening interactions, and ensuring careful attention to detail across all user surfaces.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for core features across worker and facility apps
- Frame ambiguous problems clearly to align partners on vision
- Collaborate with PMs on planning and prioritization based on user needs
- Build high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate look, motion, and feel
- Contribute to the design system and implement new components in code
- Conduct regular customer research to shape problem-solving strategies
- Integrate AI tools for research synthesis, concept generation, and prototyping
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped work
- Proven ability to own product areas from definition through launch
- Strong skills in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and motion
- Fluency in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools
- Experience designing for iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Ability to work within and contribute to a design system
- Strong systems thinking for complex interconnected flows
- Experience using research and data to inform design decisions
- Clear communication skills to explain design rationale to partners
Nice to have
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces
- Background in healthcare or operations-heavy domains
- Track record of using AI to accelerate design workflows
