Join a team reinventing trading and investing by creating high-performance products for millions of users. You will work in small, autonomous groups that own their features from problem definition to production, with a weekly release cycle.
The frontend platform spans web and mobile, reusing about 95% of code across both. You will contribute to a TypeScript, React, and React Native codebase organized in an Nx and pnpm monorepo.
What you'll do
- Own complex frontend features end to end for web and mobile platforms
- Design and evolve React systems, shared libraries, and durable abstractions
- Resolve rendering, state-management, and runtime performance bottlenecks
- Use TypeScript to make behavior explicit and prevent defects
- Collaborate with product, backend, and QA to simplify user experiences
- Maintain quality through code reviews and comprehensive testing strategies
- Mentor colleagues and raise the overall frontend engineering standard
What you'll need
- Proven ownership of production systems built with React or React Native
- Strong expertise in TypeScript for robust frontend development
- Deep knowledge of React rendering, component boundaries, and data flow
- Track record of designing maintainable architecture and reusable abstractions
- Practical experience diagnosing performance issues in complex products
- Sound judgment in unit, end-to-end, and visual-regression testing
- Clear problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical trade-offs
