The team operates in small, autonomous groups with weekly release cycles. You will collaborate closely with product and backend engineers to deliver simple user experiences from complex requirements.
What you'll do
- Own complex frontend features end-to-end for web and mobile
- Design and evolve shared React systems and durable abstractions
- Resolve rendering, state management, and runtime performance bottlenecks
- Use TypeScript to prevent defects and make behavior explicit
- Collaborate with product and backend teams on user experiences
- Maintain quality through code reviews and comprehensive testing
- Mentor colleagues and raise frontend engineering standards
What you'll need
- Proven ownership of production systems using React or React Native
- Strong expertise in TypeScript for frontend development
- Deep knowledge of React rendering, data flow, and state management
- Track record of designing maintainable architecture and reusable abstractions
- Experience diagnosing performance issues in complex web or mobile apps
- Sound judgment in unit, end-to-end, and visual-regression testing
- Ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly
