What you'll do
- Ship production contributions and master the architecture within three months
- Own significant features end-to-end from technical design to deployment
- Mentor teammates through code reviews and technical pairing sessions
- Make cross-cutting architectural decisions with full autonomy
- Improve core platforms and critical business logic consistently
- Influence technical standards and solve complex engineering problems
What you'll need
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong command of TypeScript for Node.js backend and React frontend
- Experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs with production ownership
- Ability to understand broad system architecture and make design tradeoffs
- Solid experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS and modern CI/CD practices
- Clear communication of technical complexity to stakeholders
- Native use of AI tooling in daily engineering workflow
