What you'll do
- Architect and ship core product features that are durable and performant
- Design proactive AI agent orchestration layers for high-growth brands
- Prototype new interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration
- Elevate engineering standards and assist with recruiting efforts
- Use the platform daily to identify improvements and iterate quickly
What you'll need
- At least five years of engineering and product development experience
- Demonstrated skills across frontend, backend, and database layers
- Active GitHub profile with consistent contribution history
- Daily usage and appreciation of AI agents in workflow
- Strong focus on software craft and quality standards
